“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,……

“Logement bien situé proche de Disneyland Paris. Dommage pour l'arrivée qui était prévue pour 16h sur place. À 16h40 nous avons reçu un message pour payer la taxe et une caution de 200€. À 17h nous avons reçu les codes d'accès. Aucune réponse de la part de 123homefr par téléphone ni aux différents messages envoyés via expedia. Logement propre, sauf le four. Le mobilier est a changé car très abîmé. Sanitaire à changé également très usé, la baignoire et la chasse d’eau avec de l'adhésif..”

“This is a wonderful flat so close to everything! We had three days in Disneyland just one stop on the train. The station is just next door so it's so easy. Then one day shopping at the Val d'europe shopping centre just down the road - less than 10 minutes walk. Then our final day was in Paris and again it was so easy to get to because of where this flat is. The train and metro system is fantastic and so easy to use. (I'm originally from London so used to the London Underground).The flat itself……

“What a wonderful stay in the Paris region. You will not be disappointed staying at this property. The communication with Martin and Sonia was fantastic. The apartment itself was just as advertised. The complex has a lovely courtyard area. Location is perfect if wanting to stay in the Paris area to visit Disneyland Paris along with spending some of your days exploring the Paris sites. It is mere moments to walk to the RER transit station. From there it is a less than 5 minute train ride to Disney……

“The property was great and it is very kid friendly. My daughter loved the bunk bed and all the Disney posters in the property. The initial entry is confusing. I would recommend an email with instructions one day before entry will be helpful. Charles was great and very helpful.”

“SPACE/ROOM: 3 bedrooms. Two rooms had bunk beds which is great for families. 2 showers and 2 toilets. A Living Room with a couch and TV. We had 7 people and felt very comfortable in this space. KITCHEN: Had all the major necessities. There was a grocery store nearby to stock the refrigerator. WiFi: Scan a QR code. It was easy, once we figured out how to do it. Reliable bandwidth METRO: Easy and walkable to the metro. One stop away from Disney! And about 1 hour to the heart of the City. We……
