“Great downtown location. Huge place with everything you could ever need.”

“We stayed just to hang out downtown a few days off. Location was amazing, building staff were all great. Home was as nice in person as pics, the screened in porch was nice. It was in the 80s and we were VERY comfortable with the HVAC despite the building maintenance being in charge of AC per previous reviews from others. Don't let that scare ya... this place is amazing and easy as pie getting in and out... very affordable parking near by, we Opted for the covered parking a few blocks over for...

“It was a business trip for me to join a conference in Georgia World Congress Center. It is a nice location in the Hotel District and about 20 minutes walk to the convention center and other attractions around the convention center. Atlanta downtown is not as safe as one would wish but it is not a problem with this unit, people staying in expensive hotels face the same when they step out of their hotel. Initially, I struggled to find a grocery store nearby but found a CVS a few minutes later....

“Could not get in touch with the host had to wait all day and some hours after checkin before we could even enter the building due to lack of communication. Worst place I’ve ever stayed due to the communication. I there than the terrible communication, every else was beautiful and useful.”

The condo was within walking distance of many local attractions, affordably priced with on site parking at an additional small daily fee. The condo was nicely decorated and there were games provided to play. I would recommend this condo to others and would stay there again. ”

“This is a great convenient spot to stay if you want to explore and enjoy great shopping/food. This penthouse had a beautiful view of Stone mountain to the left and Atlanta to the right and Lenox mall across the street. It was perfect for our get away girls night. It was clean and the hosts were responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.”

“Bedding was clean and comfortable. Tidy but needs deep clean. Needs some upkeep done. Broken door knobs resulting in getting locked out on deck and bedroom one iffy. . Rig rolling up on corners causing a trip hazard. Ice maker not great. Finger prints on walls and light switches. Very dirty under pull out sofa. Top of Pull out sofa doesn't stay up. Only 2 towels and 1 tolle of toilet paper. Listing looked like it said there was a spa/whirlpool. This is not true. Great location. Great price. Felt...

“The apartment was nice, modern and had a great view. When we rented it, on the listing it included a sofa couch and clearly stated the space slept 4 people. When we got ready to bed down the first night, we realized there was only enough extra bedding for the twin bed (also listed) and nothing for the couch. When we asked for extra bedding we were told the couch was not supposed to be a sleeping option and that some owners list a king bed as being able to accommodate 3 people?!?!...
