Given what I paid for the room, it met my expectations. What was exceptional was Zalla, the receptionist. She was pleasant, helpful, efficient and personable. There are similar hotels in the area with similar prices, but it would be Zalla who brings me back to this hotel.

I've been staying here yearly since about 2015. General decline is expected. Wasn't as clean as usual but the major thing was 3 people in a room with 1 towel. When asked for more they didn't have any clean and said it would probably be around 10 am the next day before we could get any. We are pretty normal people but do prefer to shower daily.

Avoid this Red Roof at all costs! Luckily I made it out of the parking lot without being jacked. It's an absolute ghetto dump. Beware of their deposit penalty. Drove to Independence, OH and stayed at a different chain.
