“I have stayed at Karen's properties many times in my frequent travels to Greensboro, and anticipate many more times to come in the future. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, had a lovely snack & coffee station, and was perfectly welcoming. I keep coming back to this as the perfect location, easy access to everything downtown but quieter than other spots I have tried. Karen is consistently a friendly and responsive host; one of the best I've encountered. I highly recommend booking……

“I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active……

“The pictures don't do this apartment justice... perfect for the weekend we were there. I just wish we bought extra toilet paper and paper towels. Beds were comfy, easy host to work with. ”

“proximity to the freeway was very convenient, while the neighborhood itself was very quiet and peaceful. checking in was simple and quick. i really appreciated the ammenities like the washer and dryer and the tea kettle.the unit was very clean and comfortably furnished. ”

“Great apartment that’s walkable to everything in downtown Winston Salem. Would stay here again. ”

“The owner used the home to take a shower etc..in the middle of the rental. Two women in their 20's were using the rental they felt unsafe and unacceptable the owner thought he could still use it while it was rented for 7 days. He left his things out in the bathroom so it was clear he used it during their stay. Actually think given the issue we need a 50% refund.”

“It took us 10 minutes to find the front door. I had to call the owner twice. It was in the back of the apartment complex facing the woods. The light over the doorway was out and it was too dark to see the entrance to the apartment. We walked in and walked out immediately in tears. We ended up in a hotel. There is NO furniture in the living room or dining area. I do not mean limited furniture, I mean NO furniture and no TV. The picture of the fireplace that is used in the advertisement....that is……

“Centrally located property, within walking distance of movies, art galleries, and plenty of good eats. However, the place needs a little TLC. The floor was peeling and uneven. The bathroom seat was sliding off. Worse, the barnhouse doors trapped several members of our parties in the bathroom. Curtains in one of the bedrooms did not close, letting in light and sounds from the passing trains.”

“Our stay was awesome! Loved the location. Uber was great getting us around so we could leave car parked. Just what we needed and such stylish design and decor! Appliances were great. Bathroom was incredible. Entry was quick and easy! Host was great to work with and provides so much! Thank you for the great stay!!”
