“Loved the quietness. Very relaxing and close to the Ticonderoga ferry on Lake Champlain on the Vermont side. The owners are very nice. Serves a fabulous breakfast every morning. Has a bar on property as it is a pub and offers food only Thursday to Sunday for an extra cost for those staying at the Inn and some locals in the area. The area is rural and lots of dairy farms in the area. There is an Exxon Mobil station less than a mile away that is quite large. You can also get food there. There is……

“We thought the sit down free breakfast was a really nice touch! The whole property is super quiet and quaint. All in all very relaxing and very well done!! Only “complaint” was we were only in town overnight for our anniversary and it would have been nice to eat at Jessica’s. Unfortunately there wasn’t much to eat in town at all that was good on a Monday night. That’s not really there fault though, lol.”

“The setting is gorgeous and there is lots to do outdoors. However, the room was a significant disappointment. It was not what was pictured as the "traditional room". So small that there was not even space for a nightstand between the two twin beds. Furniture was old. Unless you have been there before or can speak to a representative as to where exactly your accomodations will be, you may be taking a risk.”

“The noise level is … terrible here. Although a secondary road, it’s used by 18 wheelers…. All night long. Our AC window unit was quite loud (a mixed blessing/deterrent) but not very productive in cooling the room. The sun rises at 5am… and you will know it because it BLASTS into the room with minimal light filtering. We were here for 9 hours only, checking in after 11:30 (lovely desk clerk at night relayed how to find the keys after hours!). However, never having seen a human manning the……
