"The staff were fantastic on our arrival (Robert and Ryan); they helped with the bags and guided us through the parking process. The room was exactly as advertised and the location is great. "

"You must stay at this hotel! Not only is the location absolutely perfect, the room is so smartly designed and the beds were so comfortable. The decor was absolutely fantastic as well. Despite its location, the hotel was very quiet. The staff were super wonderful and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for food and drink along with some fun history about Edinburgh (shout out to Martin). Would stay here again 10/10"
"The hotel has impeccable service. Locations very ideal for people visiting Edinburgh. All the tourists spots are walkable from the hotel. I would definitely recommend it. The suite offers a very comfortable stay with a great view of the Edinburgh castle."
"The hotel was excellent, it was really modern and well located. The rooms were very clean and comfortable (we had a courtyard facing room which was also very quiet). The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and had excellent local knowledge. The choice and quality of breakfast was exceptional and again, the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Prior to our stay, we couldn’t find any information on the hotel website regarding car parking, so paid £9 to park opposite the hotel for about 5 minutes while we checked in. We then found out that and the hotel has an arrangement with the St James shopping centre car park, and they offer a large is discount for hotel customers. "
"Did not have breakfast. Other meals were first class. Our room was clean and well equipped. A nice view and balcony but could not access balcony for safety reasons.
All staff were fabulous "
