“We had a wonderful stay at Luau! The room was very clean and worked perfect for a short stay. The beach was just a short walk away. We especially appreciated having access to the owner’s storage area with beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, and a wagon to take all of our things down to the beach easily. That saved us a lot of money instead of renting equipment. The resort area was vast and lively, yet also very quiet and private. Tufan had great communication and provided helpful……

“Double edged sword with this property. Great location-our unit could easily see the Beach but it was above Shelby’s bar and grill and on the corner of a very busy intersection. So convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping but loud. The air conditioner really needs upgrading. There was a portable unit in the bedroom that was very loud. Ok for white noise and drowning out traffic but it wouldn’t stay on!”

“We’ve stayed a couple of times at the Harbor Village and this is now my favorite rental. It’s on what I call the “quiet side”, but still a short, shady walk (1 block) to the village. We especially appreciated how well stocked it was there were plenty of dishes, plates, cookware, and everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made everything so easy. “Overall our stay at this condo was really good. The location is nice with an easy walk to the beach. We do enjoy sitting on the balcony and people watching or seeing the ocean, and at this condo the palm trees blocked much of our view. However, it was clean and check in/out was easy. We also enjoy cooking to save some money, so having some BBQ utensils would have come in handy. Overall, this is the best condo that we have stayed at since starting our trips to Gulf Place!”
