“Das Zimmer war schön geräumig, die Ausstattung war super. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffett war enorm. Eine schöne Vollkornsemmel hätte allerdings nicht geschadet. Der Ausblick mit der Glasfront hatte auch seinen Reiz. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Tram und dem Messegelände.”

“This is a lovely quiet hotel within walking distance of the busy central Cologne. The staff couldn't be more helpful, even ensuring we had a room on arrival 4 hours before the official check in time. We were even offered refreshments while we waited. The room is clean and the towels etc changed every day. Supermarkets, cafes etc within easy walking distance. Id definitely recommend if you want the peace away from the hustle and bustle of central Cologne.”

“Eigentlich müsste ich 5 Sterne geben aber es waren Kleinigkeiten die aufgefallen sind. Über Expedia mit VIP Vorteilen gebucht. Diese wurden aber erst auf Nachfrage nachgeschaut und eingetragen. Late Checkout erhalten (wirklich top!) allerdings wurde drei Mal 11 Uhr am Zimmer geklopft weil man reinigen wollte. Etwas blöd weil man sich nach dem Frühstück nochmal hingelegt hatte. Das Frühstück war wirklich Top. Allerdings gab es Pancakes die hart wie cookies waren, Brötchen die stein hart……
