The best characteristic of this hotel is the staff, who are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast is great. The rooms are comfortable with good closets and very nice mattresses and pillows. A very special thanks to Darcy and Kathy who welcomed me every morning to breakfast. Their kind and cheerful demeanor really helped to start my day well.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable & it was convenient for an event at the Wells Fargo arena. The Parking garage under the hotel was awful to park in.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable! The only hang-up we had was that it wasn’t very clear online that there wasn’t free parking. It wasn’t the end of the world, but still frustrating. Staff was very helpful in finding where we can park for a low cost.
