Villas in Disney's Maingate East

"BEWARE RENTING AT THIS PROPERTY FOR PREDATORY TOWING!! We will not rent here again ever and recommend not renting here until the HOA changes its parking policies. My wife told me to make sure to not park on the road or sidewalk. However, the driveway is not that large so even though we were parked on the driveway, the end of our van hung over the driveway and partially onto the sidewalk. One could have easily still walked or ridden a bike by the van on the sidewalk. However, we woke up...

"Me and my girls had a blast staying here the home was incredibly beautiful and slept all of just very comfortably! the host was attentive and replied fast with questions. The gate was a little tricky just because we had multiple cars but overall it was a great place!"

"This wonderful recently renovated villa on the main large lake with lots of wildlife. The pool has a spa which is very hot and relaxing after a tiring day at the parks. We have stayed at this villa many times over the years and have always fell safe on lake Berkley with its own Gated Security we will definately rent agan This villa has everything you could possibly need and even has a pool table and gamès room.We will definitely book again.
