“The room are in good shape, the staff is super nice and friendly!!”

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Room was clean but somewhat dated. The coffee maker was broken as well as the shower faucet. The staff was congenial and well dressed. One downside is the restaurant and bar are under separate ownership and you cannot charge drinks from the bar or meals from the restaurant. There is a limited happy hour at the bar.”

“The location is not that far for people who want to go to Disney World or Universal Studios and the room overall is prepared well and the air conditioning plays a big factor.”

“Location was the best. Hotel was not terrible, however it was not good either. Everything needs maintenance. The only thing they did was remove the trash from the room (beds were not made).”
