"Great property to enjoy some time right by the beach! Little strange that no linens or items for the bathroom such as a foot mat or towels are included - you will need to bring all of that on your own. The unit could also use a deep clean as in numerous areas, it was incredibly dusty or I could see hair from previous stays. This was not a huge deal to us however as our stay was short and the host was helpful in allowing early check in."

The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts, Karen and Chris, were welcoming and even communicated with us prior to our arrival to alert us to the potential for early check-in. "This was a perfect place with three teenage kids and a Golden! The Sound offered water play and Sunsets like we’ve never seen before. The closed in sun porch quickly became a reading room. My husband and I enjoyed the running/ waking part across the street. Our three teenage kids were very comfortable with the space. As were my husband and I."

"We had a FANTASTIC stay at the Colony By The Sea. I must say that we were happily surprised walking into the condo. It was clean and adorable and the views of the ocean were spectacular. There was plenty of room for my family of four. It was fabulous that there was such a short walk to the beach and that the pool was also right there.
