stayed with Ocean 27 Hotel for our Vacation 2 nights, July 4-6 , 2026. The Hotel is older, 3 stories, no elevator. Recently purchased, New Owners. Due to conditions the old Owner had there were issues. The TV didn't work for local cable connection. The New Staff was very friendly and very helpful. They came to our room many times with solutions to try to get connection for TV usage with no luck. We did have to unplug and replug in a wire connection every hour for 1st 24 hours just to have TV.. The New Owner apologized and stated they will be getting a new Dish Service installed next month to take care of the TV Cable connection to have local News access to current Weather and News as well as movies, shows. The Hair dryer didn't work, no coffee maker and several lights not working. I believe it's all due to an electrical issue that the New Ownership will have to address and repair. Also they have Plumbing issues to repair, the faucets can not be turned off completely so they steadily drip quite a bit. The Staff says in next few months they will also get all new furniture, beds replaced. There's some issues but it's okay, oceanfront rooms , 1 king bed that slept pillowtop comfortable and NO BED BUGS, Which was a really huge plus!!
