“Comfortable, clean and great location! Beds and linens were soft and comfy, wi-fi was strong and the kitchen was well stocked with actually usable cooking tools (not always the case at many rental). Kids loved the spiral staircase, loft area and having access to the hot tub and sauna. The condo is 5 minutes and a very easy drive to downtown. Easily bikeable if you don't want to drive. ”

“The condo was very comfortable, clean, stocked, and quite. We enjoyed having access to the fitness center and pool area. There are so many areas to explore nearby, our favorite being the Durango Hot Springs. Totally worth a day pass (or 5)! Not a far drive to downtown for the shopping and restaurants. We also loved James Ranch for their delicious food and market. We will be back, thank you so much! ”

“Summer stay. Walk right out the back patio to the beautiful Purgatory resort. Local wildlife, mountain views, short hikes, stargazing, and 1-2 min walk to the resort center for activities. Really impressed with the kitchen supplies and equipment available! It's not often a home has everything we might have forgotten or didn't even realize we needed! ”

“The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango.”

“Comfortable condo with a quick walk to the ski lift. Simply cut through the condos on the left side. Condo is better in person than in the pictures! Ski locker was a nice bonus to have. Well stocked kitchen. Coffee maker and filters for those that drink coffee. Beds were comfortable. The owner was super responsive. ”

“So clean. Easy access to anywhere on Durango. Loft bedroom never got to cool, but other than that, a great place to stay. Thanks!!”

“We had 3 adults and two teens for our 6 day stay. This condo was PERFECT for our family and as our Durango home base for the Silverton/Ouray/Mesa Verde area excursions. The condo was roomy and had every amenity needed. The owners were wonderful sending information directions. Morning coffee on the balcony was so relaxing in the cool Colorado scenery. Would definitely recommend for family or two couples. ”

“Super convenient location in Durango! The apartment had everything we needed. Some of the instructions are slightly outdated but once I figured out to find them on the website, everything was explained. The host was very receptive to questions. AC is window units, but it worked fine apartment was Tidy and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool in hot tub after our long days of exploring and hiking.”

“All went very well except the heat was uncomfortable in a non air conditioned condo. We stayed out of the condo all day and didn’t come back till late in the day. The temps ran into the mid to upper 80’s.”

Doing room table was a great workspace.We enjoyed the outdoor patioGreat TV setup & good instructions (than you!)One of the electric shades seemed to be broken(one next to the TV).We could hear the train, but it only runs during the day. I think it starts tooting about 8 or 8:30 AM. It only comes by every few hours.Covered parking was a nice plus.”
