Clean rooms, very helpful staff. Breakfast was not great. Food was soggy and juice watered down. Sausage was rubber. Egg omlet very soggy and the hashbrowns very spicy. Stay was great food not so much.

My husband and I stayed at the rental for 4 nights. It is a basement unit but we heard very little noise from the people in the above unit. The property was as per the listing and pictures. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a lot to do in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Underwood-Hale House. Beautiful historic charm with comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Everything was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully maintained. The location near College Hill and Brown University was perfect.

The host was amazing and had great communication. Super cute room. She even made it special as she found out it was my birthday weekend. She also had home made soaps and sprays that all smelled amazing.
