"This chalet is in a very good location for hiking. The chalet itself is 1 of 2 similar rentable chalets although when we were there the other chalet was not occupied. The owners home is also onsite but situated behind a row of trees which afford plenty of privacy. It is a spacious and comfortable log cabin downstairs but upstairs there are beams at 1.6mtrs high (Ouch). The owners are friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our week here very much."

"A notre arrivée nous avons eu de la chance de voir la neige. Nous avons fait des batailles de boules de neige, un bonhomme de neige. Les jours suivant nous sommes allés voir le lac de roux, st veran, nous avons fait de grande balades, nous avo s vu des bouquetins, des marmottes, des chèvres. Vacances inoubliables."

"This hotel was amazing!! Very high end for the price! Vanessa was so helpful and friendly! Such a wonderful experience for 2 Americans visiting a foreign country. We were concerned about getting around and the language barrier but no issues at all. Surprisingly our reservation came with an hour in the spa and we used it soaking in the hot bath (jacuzzi without jets). The views were spectacular as well as breakfast. We didn’t want to leave!! This hotel is on our list to come back to if/when we return to France. Heartfelt thanks to Vanessa!!"
