“La estancia me pareció muy buena, no es hotel, es un departamento y por lo tanto funciona diferente, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, aunque mi solicitud de sábanas extras y almohadas me las resolvieron inmediatamente. “Very nice accomodations. Loved the kitchen. Bathroom very nice. Enjoyed the decor, building, and neighborhood.Parking was a bit challenging due to construction at a property down the street. This is obviously a temporary situation. Walking distance to City Park, National Jewish Health (my reason for visit), Sprouts market ( my favorite groc).Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others!Sushi Bay (across the street) was very good.”

“This is a lovely property with a wonderful attentive landlord. It does have floor to ceiling windows, great views, but not sure how small child friendly is. Location was great, too, very walkable to great restaurants, museums, and highly recommend the Denver art museum and Clyfford Still museum. Highly recommend going into nearby Union Station, too, with its ambience, old architecture, and good food choices and GREAT coffee-pastry (savory and sweet). ”

“Great spot very cool. Loved the fire and all the nice lights. Great communication with host and easy check in and out. The front door opens to the first large bedroom, so this is something important to know if you are staying with colleagues/friends as I was, people keeping different schedules must walk through the front bedroom to enter the rest of the place. Still, very cool style, amazing porch, great photo ops! Comfy beds and all around satisfied - thank you!”

“We loved our 3 night stay at this great little suite. The area is beautiful with many historic houses and mansions in the surrounding blocks. All the excitement of Coldax is just a block away, 10 mins to Ogden Theatre and 10 minutes to the Red Rocks shuttle stop at Illegal Pete’s. Many great restaurants within 10 min walk from the property, and downtown and the RiNO neighbourhoods are about 35 mins away walking.
