“Shower in 714 drains a little slow, but not a deal breaker. One of the 2 phones in the room didn’t work, but again not a deal breaker. I believe it was because it wasn’t charged. The staff was amazing to work with! The restaurant/bar had great food! The breakfast was very good. Just disappointed with the people who took 4-5 bananas or apples a piece. No fault of the hotel or their staff. It was just annoying for people to hord food like that. We will definitely stay here again! Location was……

“The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. ”

“While I was searching for places to stay in Chicago, this location kept coming up. I never stayed at a hostel before, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were able to dialogue with people there something that really doesn't happen if you're staying in a hotel it really is a community atmosphere. My husband was stating that he wished there was an air fryer. A microwave was provided, but an air fryer in our opinion does so much better if one could be placed in the common area, for the most……

“This property was ok bit nothing fancy that is for sure for what we paid we have had alot better..the breakfast was one of the worst couldn't eat the waffles they were hard when we were there the pool was closed down for maintenance would I stay here again NO there is much better for the money”

“Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but……

“Very dirty room, dead roaches, dust everywhere, bad area around of building with homeless people, dirty bed with no pillowcases and sheet, very noisy around. Not recommended, even for one night, even for one men. Its just disgusting.”
