Our beautiful apartment is located a few meters from the Ponte Vecchio. Equipped with air conditioning in every room 2 large rooms with 2 complete bathrooms complete Apartment kitchen dining room and large living room view monuments Dome Duomo Ponte Vecchio Palazzo Vecchio Giotto's Campanile Uffizi. Equipped with SMART TV 65 ’’ NETFLIX FREE. Washing machine Dryer, dishwasher, Cappuccino coffee machine toaster, microwave oven and conventional kettle is much more. The building rebuilt at the end of the Second World War on the banks of the Arno River allows from the living room on the 5th floor to enjoy a breathtaking view over the whole monumental city. From the windows and the balcony overlooking the Arno river sunsets can be admired and all major monuments including the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Dome Del Brunelleschi's Dome with Giotto's Bell Tower

Beautiful, Great Location for a Florence Stay

We absolutely loved our time in Florence and would absolutely return. The apartment was so cute and every felt clean and comfortable.This is a perfect little spot to stay. It seemed very centrally located and made walking to all of our chosen destinations very easy. Also, there were great restaurants just down the street.

Perfect location and amazing AC

This apartment is in the most perfect location. All the major sights are within walking distance but the neighborhood is on the more quiet side of the river. Great restaurants just a few doors down. Most importantly during this heatwave the AC was the best we experienced in Italy!!

Great unit on great street near Ponte Vecchio

Location, beds and view were excellent. Alina was top notch and extremely considerate and helpful. Wish the hot water for showers was more consistent.

We loved our stay at this apartment! Our hosts were great to communicate with, giving us detailed check-in and stay info and recommendations. It was more beautiful than photos - very spacious for a downtown apartment. There’s a garage just four doors down to stash your car if you drive there - very convenient.

The most amazing view of the Ponte Vecchio

The apartment is a stone’s throw from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. It’s extremely clean and is a classic Italian apartment. I did think it was going to have 3 bedrooms so I was a little confused by the listing. Alina was so easy to deal with and as flexible on timing. The view was worth stunning and can’t be beat. It’s amazing!!!

Ideal spot!

Absolutely perfect riverfront property! Spacious and clean. Location is ideal! View is stunning… overlooking the Ponte Vecchio and the skyline of Florence including the top of the Duomo! Two comfortable bedrooms that sleep three adults each. Plus a comfy couch and the hosts were so kind to set up a cot for an extra guest! We slept 7 adults and one child comfortably. Two bathrooms were a must for so many people. The washer and dryer were so convenient! The elevator carried two at a time and ran reliably. Air conditioning was most welcome in August! Although it is in the travel restricted zone, if you park in the garage nearby, the “penalty fee” is included in the parking cost. I highly recommend this lovely property.

Outstanding view, location and place

You won't find a better combination of location, view, price and amenities in Florence. This place was perfect for our family of six. You have a postcard view of Ponte Vecchio to the right and two additional bridges to your left. Sunset views are amazing. Location is perfect with shops and restaurants downstairs and Ponte Vecchio only a 2 minute walk away. The place has everything you need and all appliances, fixtures, etc worked perfectly. We had a brief power outage when we tried to plug in and run about 10 things at once and it was taken care of immediately. Seriously, 1 text and within 5 minutes we were taken care of. Awesome customer service. The only thing I can think of that I could comment critically about is the number of bedrooms. I thought it was listed as a 3 bedroom but there are only two. In the end it didn't matter at all because the two large couches are so comfortable that the kids literally argued over gets to sleep on them vs the bed in the bedroom. Very pleased with our stay and highly recommend to others.

Wonderful time in florence

We loved the apartment. Host was very communicative and made checkin process easy for us. The parking garage next door is a huge convenience. That VIEW!

This apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Owner very responsive and helpful. We had 3 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out. Modern kitchen, and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. The one shower is a tad small but we managed. The best part was the absolutely gorgeous, perfect view of the Ponte Vecchio. We caught several amazing sunrises from the mini balcony. Perfect location with grocery store right across the street, not to mention tons of shops, gelato, etc. Loved our stay here!

The view though!

Classy, Well Equipped in Perfect Location

Everything about this apartment is first class. Easy to reserve, easy to check in, beautiful nicely stocked new kitchen, extraordinary location overlooking the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio, and an easy walk to everything in Firenze. We felt right at home right from the start. Highly recommend.
