Totally renovated with luxury finishes, elegantly furnished, it can accommodate 4 people. Free WiFi.
Located just 5 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio, a very central location ideal for visiting all the main attractions, without using a car.
First floor without lift, but thanks to two short and comfortable ramps it is possible to access it without any difficulty.
Consisting of two double bedrooms with TV, one with a complete private bathroom. Furthermore there is another complete bathroom, in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.
Living room with sofa and TV, dining area, complete kitchenette, (fridge, freezer, oven, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher).

Best VRBO

This was my first visit to Florence & I can’t wait to come back. This apt is one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The descriptions & pics are accurate. It’s comfortable, quiet & a perfect location. It’s close to sights, restaurants, grocery stores & shopping. Go to Za Za for dinner- it’s amazing- but make a reservation. The beds, pillows & bedding are 10/10. The host was friendly & communicated well. Do not look further- book this apt.

Nice place on first floor just blocks from the Ponte Vecchio and across the Arno. Second time staying here and love it.

Trip to Florence

This apartment was very nice and roomy. Close to the river and an easy walk to all the tourists spots. Only negative is it can be a bit noisy at night on the street

Great location

Very nice apartment in a great location. The lady that checked us in couldnt answer any of our questions because she didn't know the answers but once we contacted the property manager she was great. A very nice apartment and I would stay here again.

Great apt in great location

We enjoyed our stay very much...The apartment is lovely, the main comment we want to make is that there are some steep stairs to the unit— not an “easy ramp” as the posting states. You will be very happy if you like an extra firm bed . In spite of these two items we would love to stay here again .

Nice property in quiet neighborhood

Initially had a problem with the AC unit in the main bedroom. Issue was promptly addressed and repaired. The neighborhood was quiet and was some of the best sleep my wife has had in years. Unit was located on the other side of the river but was just a quick short walk to find oneself in the middle of thousands of tourists and things to do. Overall the property was a great fit for our family. We really enjoyed staying there.

Walking Distance most historical places

Check-in was really easy. House was clean. The beds were decent. Walking distance to historical places, restaurants, shops, etc. The only item that I can suggest to improve is the location of the toilet in the second bathroom. When you sit on the toilet, you have to sit sideways to avoid hitting the bathroom sink. As you sit sideways the toilet seat comes off.

Great location! Close to ponte vecchio bridge.

Apartment is nice. Location is close to the famous bridge, lots of shopping and restaurants. There is no way to make coffee or tea, except to boil water in a big pot. No cloths for washing or drying dishes/counters etc. The kettle was melted and not usable. The one shower did not drain, therefore all 3 of us had to share 1 shower. I did let the host know so hopefully they will get that fixed.

Perfect Location

The apartment is exactly as described and is in a perfect location. Very easy walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and all of the popular tourist sites. We stayed for five days and unfortunately needed to purchase supplies that were not available in the apartment, including paper towels and laundry detergent. Aside from that minor inconvenience, everything was wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommend.

A nice, modern unit with good space. 2 large rooms. Only negative on the unit would be the guest room tv didn’t work. Quiet area away from the chaos on the other side of river but easy walking to everything you need. The wording of unit said easy ramp access to unit, but it is actually stairs so may confuse someone who books thinking they have no stair access. No fault of the unit, but there is some noisy construction directly in front of place during daytime including scaffolding blocking views

Great place to stay

I traveled with my 2 teens and we loved this place. It was just outside of the chaotic downtown but so easy to access the downtown area. The apartment was very clean and just perfect for our 5-day stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Florence

The location was great. However, the steep stairs to the first floor apartment was challenging for two 75 year old women with luggage. Also, some of the rooms were smaller than we expected. In addition paying the local tax was a real challenge, because I did not set-up Paypal payments before leaving the states. I thought we could pay cash at check-in. The front bedroom was noisy with people walking outside all night, plus construction contractors started working early in the morning.

A very nice place, located in a great district close to the Arno River, with lots of restaurants, store, a market, & bars. The place was clean & just enough space for the four of us. Easy to access & host was very responsive to questions & gave information when asked.

Wonderful stay in Florence!

The owner was extremely responsive- even late at night in a different time zone. Bedrooms were big, each had a tv. I was worried about the distance from Uffizi Gallery but it was only 10 minutes on foot. Felt safe walking home at 11:30 pm. Close to a grocery store and all amenities. 2 bathrooms were new with big showers. Would like a shelf in the shower for shampoo etc. Crisp linens and air conditioners in each bedroom worked very well in the heat wave. I would stay here again! Not in the owner’s control, but getting a taxi in Florence is very difficult without cellular phone (can’t call or book on WhatsApp no matter what they tell you).

Great spot for short term rentals but not longer stays.

Very poorly equipped kitchen and poor lay out for living quarters. While bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious, the eating and sitting area is small, cramped and poorly laid out. Two couples would not work there long term.

The air conditioner was very noisy and not working properly. The living and dining room was very small and looks different from pictures in the website. We had power out two times, just using electric kettle. The room with bathroom inside, was very dark with no view to outside.
