Apartamento elegante, finamente amueblado y luminoso, también adecuado para familias. Está situado en el centro histórico, en el distrito de San Niccolò, una parte de Florencia muy querida por los florentinos.
Consta de 2 habitaciones dobles: una con baño privado con ducha y otra con cama de matrimonio y en la entreplanta de esta habitación también hay 1 cama individual (plegable).
Otro baño completo con ducha y lavadora.
Amplio salón con sofá cama doble, TV, zona de comedor y cocina totalmente equipada (vitrocerámica, horno, frigorífico-congelador, lavavajillas, hervidor y tostadora).

The property was well located however I would not stay here again. The couches were stained and dirty, we covered them with the extra sheets that were in the unit. There are holes in the kitchen counter, no amenities in the kitchen at all, zero. Most places will include salt, pepper, oil, a few packets of tea or instant coffee, dish soap. There were none of these items. The Master bathroom shower door is broken. It works but you have to maneuver the doors just so. The other bathroom is strange, the toilet is practically in the shower with no door dividing them, the floor gets soaked when you take a shower. The floors in the living room and severally scraped.

Great Family Vacation

The apartment was very spacious and was on a street with restaurants etc and in walking distance to the shopping district in Florence! The stairs were a challenge with luggage but to be expected.

Girls trip to Firenze

This was the perfect place for my friends and I staying the weekend in Florence. Were studying abroad in Rome and didn’t want to stay somewhere very crowded. The quiet street was perfect and located in close walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The bridge was only a short walk away and had an amazing time at the Ufizzi. The host was so helpful and communicative and the place was great!

L’appartement est super bien situé et grand. Les lits sont confortables mais il ne faut pas s’attendre à avoir des produits nettoyants (tant pour le corps que pour la vaisselle). Il faut oublier le séchoir (qui ne fonctionnait pas) et la laveuse est minuscule… sinon un agréable séjour!!

Value for money self catering apartment

Beautiful self catering apartment across the river but within walking distance to all shops and tourist attractions. Clean and modern and rather large. Easily sleeps 6 with 2 bathrooms. Would stay here again.

Great location - beautiful apartment

This apartment in Florence is lovely. Great location and very easy to find. Nimoe gave excellent instructions to find the lockbox and was always very easy to communicate with. The apartment is light, open, and modern. The 2nd bathroom is tight (there is a small washing machine in there, which is a nice perk I suppose, but crowds the space), but has everything you need. Plenty of space for my family (which includes 3 "kids", ages 18, 19, and 21). Highly recommend!

Great property! Comfortable. Big enough for four adult children (18-24) and my husband and I. Easy to get into the city. Lots of walking. Nice to have laundry. Be prepared for steps

8 nights in Florence

This place was perfect for me and my friend traveling together. The location in San Nicolo is excellent. Great restaurants, bakery, bars, coffee shop on the street but still a quiet more mello neighborhood. Walking distance to everything just over the bridge . Around the corner from the Tuscany Wine Tours ( that I would definitely recommend) for a really nice wine tasting experience. This place worked perfect for me and my friend as we needed the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The hall bath is very small but I’ll take small over sharing a bathroom. There is a washing machine, but not a dryer… not a problem for us..just an FYI. Only thing to know, there is a coffee maker but no coffee and it was a Krups single use that I wasn’t familiar with ( not the same as a Keurig). We did bring some ground coffee and there was a pour over in the unit that worked for us. If I could come back tomorrow I would :)

Ideal location! Walked to everything. Great bakery across the street for morning coffee, pasty and even fresh squeezed orange juice. The apartment is spacious and clean.

Not what we expected

The place was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up on our own. This was not listed on the VRBO website. The place was clean but smelled of mold. The apartment was supposed to be in a quiet neighborhood but the noise from surrounding restaurants stayed loud until 2 am. Construction work started at 6 am. Overall it was not what we expected

Disappointed

I will start with the positive. The location is perfect. We walked to everything and it’s on a nice quiet street. It has a hair dryer and washer. The negatives for us was the fact that the man who checked us in spoke no English. The apartment smelled very musty like no one had been in to spruce things up or even check to see if it needed anything before we arrived. The daily amenities in the apartment are very few. We had one towel per person for our entire stay with a hand towel. One roll of toilet paper in baths. There is no microwave. The beds and pillows were absolutely terrible as were the couches and pillows. There were black like scratches all over the fake hardwood floor. The place definitely needs some tlc and updating. We had a wonderful time in Italy however, if we return we will not stay in this apartment.

As Advertised- Great Place to Stay in Florence

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. 2 bedrooms, loft, and 2 bathrooms. It is located on a quiet street about a 10 min walk from Ponte Vechio. Stefina met us right on time and everything was great. It is on the top floor and no elevator (70 steps),

Nice place, had too many problems to be a good stay.

You are not allowed to talk at all after 9pm, the neighbors will bang on the walls and come to your door and yell at you. Even on the weekends, I'm not joking they even hear you when you whisper. The hosts had to come to the house because the shower was leaking to downstairs, I get that, its totally fine to come. But it was clearly a design flaw in their shower(it has no door), and was clearly preexisting, still blamed it on us and charged us for damage we did not cause. Overall they are very nice people who mean well, I'm just not sure it was great for a vacation renting situation.

Great location, everything in waking distance

A beautiful & comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. This apartment was clean, spacious and offers excellent a/c, free wi-fi, has 2 bathrooms & comfortable beds. The only thing to be aware of is that parking is off site and is not included with the stay. Host was accommodating as far as meeting on time for check in. Overall was a wonderful choice.

Wonderful stay!

Great little place on the other side of the Arno River. Walkable. The highlight of the neighborhood is the BIG pastry and pizza place right across the street. The staff were all amazing and very welcoming. I even lost my phone on a taxi and they called the taxi company and my phone was returned in 15 min! Would definitely return! Nimoe our hostess for the apartment was fantastic! Thanks again!!

This apartment was perfect for our family of four, with two teenagers. It was plenty of space for us all and had everything we needed. The location was great and in walking distance of most things we did!
