The Loft is a refined and romantic two-bedroom apartment of 60 M2, fully renovated with style and all the amenities you can think of, located between Piazza Santo Spirito and Piazza Pitti, with its beautiful Boboli Gardens. It is located in a charming and typical Florentine street, just 250 meters from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Museum. Ideal for guests who want to experience the rhythm of the city's historical center. Located on the first floor, the loft is composed of two double rooms, a brand new fully equipped kitchen, an elegant marble bathroom, a vanity top space next to the main bathroom and a very pleasant and relaxing lounge.

Amazing time in Florence!

We had a quick, but wonderful one night stay in Florence. We loved the accommodations, they were the perfect blend of old-world charm with a modern touch. The location was great for us and our family of 3 found the apartment very comfortable. Communication, check in and check out were all wonderful thanks to our host. He made us feel right at home and helped with dinner reservations at the perfect restaurant.

Comfortable place in an ideal location

The property is as depicted online. The location is ideal for visiting the sites of Florence and dining. The host was very helpful, accommodating and invested in making sure everything was satisfactory. We would certainly recommend this place if visiting Florence.

FLORENCE JUNE 2025 VISIT

We had a wonderful stay at this two-bedroom loft in Florence. My wife and I spent just a few days here, and it was the perfect base for our visit. The apartment is surprisingly spacious for Florence, beautifully designed, and very well equipped with everything we needed.The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to all the major sights, yet quiet and comfortable.What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Dominique. He went above and beyond to take care of all our needs, from helping us secure reservations to offering great local recommendations that really enhanced our time in the city.We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Florence. Highly recommended.

Spacious and elegant, it was perfect for a 5 night break. The location is excellent, less than 5 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio, in the heart of a creative but quite quiet neighbourhood, full of antique shops and artists studios. Great range of restaurants and bars nearby too.

Don’t pass up the flat- perfect location

It had a fabulous location! Dominque took good care of us during our stay. He was so gracious and welcoming. The flat was very clean and comfortable. We plan to stay here again on a future trip.

Incredible location for your stay in Florence

This was a wonderful apartment exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Florence and in a slightly quieter area while still having an excellent cafe and pizza restaurant within a block and being less than a five minute walk to the Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens and less than a fifteen minute walk to the Uffizi Gallery. Our host was thoughtful and knowledgeable and we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Florence experience

Dominique was more than we could have ever asked for as a host. He is extremely organized and had so many great suggestions on restaurants, tours, etc. we immediately felt right at home in this beautiful flat. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will stay here for future visits.

Unique, wonderful

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming property. In a fantastic location right next to Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, we were welcomed to the apartment by the very warm property owner who gave us a thorough overview of the property. He was always contactable to help with requests and I was very impressed that he also attended when checking out and helping us get a taxi. We also received a small gift to remember our stay - so very sweet and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Florence for its charm, fantastic location and warm hospitality!

Florence Holiday

We had an amazing stay! Our host was helpful even before we arrived - arranging dinner and parking near the apartment. Every detail was addressed! The apartment is beautiful. The washer and dryer are a huge bonus and we were able to do laundry while we toured the city! We would recommend to friends and we hope to return!

Wonderful stay in Oltrarno!

My family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. Dominique was a wonderful host- met us at the apartment and gave us an orientation. His home is nicely upgraded and decorated beautifully. Everything you could need was provided. The location is outstanding- very easy to walk anywhere. But also a bit out of the “hustle and bustle”. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Firenze (although it was too short!). We do hope we will return soon and would not stay anywhere else!

Lovely Apartment in Oltarno

We stayed at Dominique’s apartment for a week while visiting our daughter, who is studying abroad. Dominique is a pleasure to deal with and the apartment is a gem. The neighborhood is great (restaraunts and shops) and a short walk to all the major sites. We loved the Santo Spirito piazza which is about a minute from the apartment. We highly recommend staying here and will book again when we return.

This was our 3rd time to Florence and was by far our favorite because of the perfect location and experience we had at this amazing vacation rental. Perfectly appointed suite with everything we needed, including a beautiful welcome basket. Our host, Dominique, went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and was happy to provide recommendations. When we asked our twin boys what their favorite thing about Florence was, they both agreed it was Dominique! We couldn't imagine a trip back to Florence without staying here again. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderfully appointed flat centrally located for easy access to historic sites!

We met the owner Dominique upon our arrival. He gave a very thorough rundown on logistics in the flat which was very helpful because things in Europe are a bit different than here in America. Additionally, he shared suggestions on everything from historic sites to dining experiences which were very helpful. If you come to visit Florence, you should stay here!

This is a True 5 Star Experience

From the initial booking with the host Dominique, to meeting us at the flat, to taking us on the most amazing vineyard tour (not a commercial one - a REAL family run, history filled family and amazing wine and food, to just being a wonderful human being, I cannot say it any clearer than “ You cannot go wrong with this listing, and the owner”. First Class! He was there with any questions we had, and the place is beautiful, it has history, but with modern conveniences in a perfect spot. We did not want to be over the bridge in the “retail” section, but we did do ALL of the tours on both sides. The location is amazing. I do not normally even fill these out, but this was as close to perfect as you could dream about. Please, if you are interested, reach out to Dominique, he is the best! You will NOT be disappointed!! And once again - do not dismiss his restaurant recommendations or the Vineyard experience. This was NOT a tourist trap. He is friends with the owners and your private tour cannot be re-created! Enjoy!!!

Perfect spot near Pitti Palace

We were looking for a comfortable and convenient spot near some of our favorite spots and this apartment was just right. Very nice and private. Dominique was an excellent and very helpful host. This apartment was quiet and relaxing, but just steps from Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens, and tons of wonderful eateries. Also reasonably walkable from the train and Florence's main piazza and duomo. It was perfectly suited to our needs. We had a lovely time!

PittiLoft was a great place to stay in Florence.

We had everything we needed. We were close to the things we love in Florence. Our host/owner (Dominique Pecchia) greeted us and helped us when it came time to leave. He offered us assistance whenever we might have needed it. His hospitality and concern were evident throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was wonderfully equipped and modern.

Amazing location, fabulous apartment

This was probably our favorite place during our 16 day trip. The location is fantastic, the apartment is beautifully decorated and equally well-equipped and the owner so accommodating. Dominique answered all my questions prior to our arrival very quickly, offered to arrange transportation and restaurant reservations and was helpful in so many ways. And the location, oh the location. Walking distance to the major sights of Florence, can't beat it. Cannot recommend this flat highly enough!

Location, location, location

From our point of view, the apartment was in an excellent location, a short walk to the Ponte V on the south side of the Arno. Also a short walk to the Pitti P and Gardens which are well worth a visit. Also felt like we were amongst locals once we had moved from the main street going across the Ponte V. Dominique was very helpful. The apartment was fine. Well fitted out.

Charming Apartment in central Florence

We had the best two-night stay. The apartment decor was so charming. It was plenty of space for my husband and two children. The children shared the loft upstairs and we split downstairs. The apartment is very conveniently located, we walked everywhere and never had to take any taxi’s. The host was so gracious, helping us map out things we wanted to see and even helped us make some dinner reservations. Recommending this place to all our friends and family who plan on visiting.
