“I absolutely loved this place. I was on the fence at first, but we loved it and as did our kids. The elevator was a fun experience for them and the included breakfast is great. I’m allergic to eggs and had options. They have candy dishes around the area that delighted my kids too. We will definitely return. The beds were very, very comfortable. “There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. Your stay here will inspire you to consider building your own tiny……

“Stayed in the Heron Room with direct entry from the front porch. It was a little odd as you enter through the bathroom which didn't matter to us, but could be awkward if you're sharing with a friend. There is a 2nd entry from the back of the property too. The room was spacious with a refrigerator and microwave. From the room, you have access through a door into the main house where you can help yourself to breakfast, snacks and drinks. This room has it's own screened porch which we enjoyed……

“We enjoyed this delightful B&B. The rooms are very beautiful, comfortable, and interesting. There are surprising treasures everywhere to look at, like NASA rocket pictures, a larger than life-sized horse with an armored man on it, an antique red telephone box. The staff, Crystal and Anat, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be returning!”

“If I could give the Inn on the Avenue more than 5 stars, I would give it a 10. Carol was a fantastic hostess and went well above and beyond our expectations. The description on Hotels.com doesn't do it justice. The recommendations for local restaurants, every themed room meticulously designed and the breakfast in the morning making this a 10 star B&B. Thank you Carol for a phenomenal experience. We will be back!”
