“It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. “Great home base for a Disney trip! This quirky but enjoyable setup was great fun to stay at for our family with two teen daughters. The outdoor kitchen was fully stocked with dishware and essentials and a breeze to use, check in instructions were detailed and accurate, neighborhood was safe and convenient to everything we were doing, and parking was easy. “Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room.”
