Wonderful beach house

We had a wonderful beach trip - the house was perfect for our family. We loved walking to the beach and appreciated the beach wagon provided! We will definitely be back!

Beach Getaway with the Family

My family and I stayed here through the 4th of July weekend. The location was perfect-just the right distance from the traffic of Galveston. The views and home were lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay! Great views, wonderful space and away from all the busyness. The only challenge was getting a weeks worth of luggage and groceries up and down the stairs.

Absolutely amazing!

We had 8 people in our group and we loved this place. It was perfect size for us and right on the beach. It was also very close to all the stores and restaurants . We will book again !!

Fantastic beach house

This house was absolutely perfect! Great location, quiet neighborhood, and 2 minute walk to the beach! The owners were wonderful and very timely in their responses. I would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to book it again soon!

Paradise Found was awesome! Beautiful beach house, great view and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We had a blast! Great family environment. Kinsey was great and made the rental process smooth and easy. Can't wait to go back!

Great vacation house with ocean view.

We like the house but it could be perfect If you could fix or replace the charcoal grill And put up a bottle opener downstairs.

Fantastic place to stay

This property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a toddler. The house layout is great and it sits higher than some, making the ocean view very nice. The house had really nice coastal decor and had any amenity we could have needed. The walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes and the neighborhood seemed nice. We would definitely choose this house again.

Perfect Location, Comfortable Lodging

Couldn't ask for a better beach vacation home with nice view of the Gulf, easily accessed by foot or vehicle (if hauling lots of gear). Great beach for swimming, fishing, kite flying. House was comfortable with conveniences of full kitchen and laundry. Plenty of space for the family to spread out with homey communal spaces. Air conditioning was a life saver, but the deck was my favorite place to sit and relax. Wonderful place to stay!

Relaxing Great View

The house is very nice! The view is awesome! We appreciated all the amenities that we enjoy at our own home. TV in every bedroom! Property owned movies to play and Directv channels. We will definitely be back to this property!

Great Girl’s Weekend

Our group flew into Hobby Airport on Thursday. It was a very comfortable, enjoyable weekend stay at the beach house. Everything was exactly as described. The only thing missing was bath soap in one of the bathrooms. Other than that, it was great! I hope to stay at “Paradise Found” again someday!

AMAZING!!! All the way around

Amazing home - spacious, clean, easy to find. Lots of utensils, plates, dishes, etc. LOVED the outdoor area - grill and patio table. It was too cool and windy for us to eat out there, but we would have otherwise (it was part of the reason I booked this particular property). Amazing views of the ocean from the porch! Amazing owner - communicated promptly and was very easygoing when we had a request!!! Again, amazing overall experience! Would definitely recommend!

Lost Week

We were scheduled to stay from Aug 22 through Aug 30, but due to the hurricane, we had to cancel. We did, however, stay in 1918 and loved it. It was well provided for and the view was fantastic. We would stay again probably next summer. The lift is a big advantage. Thank you Kinsey for making us feel so welcome.

Excellent!

Such an affordable way to stay walking distance from the beach! The house was spacious with two toddlers we never felt cramped. The kitchen was so fully stocked and the deck is overlooking the ocean so you don’t feel like you’re not right on the beach. My only small complaint was that the grass was really long all week and didn’t get mowed until the last day. But, that’s pretty minor if you don’t have kids who want to play in it. But it is an amazing property for the price.

Excellent location

Although not quite on the beach it’s close enough. We had a great time. With the pandemic I did feel the need to reclean everything. Just in case. The only thing I would suggest is to have at least a sponge for cleaning dishes available, since we did have to make a special trip to the store just for that after shopping for groceries and such. The elevator lift came in handy and yes we did forget some things on it. Fortunately the property owners were willing to mail them back to us. We will be back.

Wonderful Property

We had a bit of an issue with checkin but it was taken care of quickly. I wish I had received a call back about the issue but it was fixed and we started our vacation with only a small delay. The rest of our stay was awesome. The house is just as advertised and beautiful. We had everything we needed. This is a very well stocked rental. It’s super close to everything. We were there on the 4th of July and were able to see plenty of fireworks. I was a little worried that the beach would be crazy busy and loud but it never was. The downstairs shower and upstairs deck were our favorites. We would return, thanks for having us.

4th stay in House

We have really enjoyed everything about this property in our previous stays. Unfortunately, this stay was a bit different. The home appears to be for sale and some of the provisions were not as expected. The water/icemaker in the refrigerator were not working. We really missed the icemaker and were unaware of the situation until we checked in. The towels were very ragged - they were clean but were unravelling and had holes. This is the first stay where we have had any complaints at all.

Beautiful house and fabulous baby-safe deck!!

We stayed June 1 - 7 and had an absolutely wonderful family time...parents, adult kids and grandkids. We loved that the house is the tallest one there...so the view and gulf breezes were great...not to mention the huge patio space under the house. The big upstairs deck had a childproof gate and my toddler granddaughter loved being able to run outside all by herself. We visited a fresh fish market and one evening cooked out on the big new grill downstairs. It wasn't many steps to the sand and we took night walks on the beach with tiny flash lights. The kids discovered sand crabs and had a blast chasing them with their lights. The kitchen was well furnished. The fridge was very clean and had lots of freezer space that we kept filled with ice cream treats. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was very nice. We LOVED the upstairs deck furniture and also the bar style seating on the downstairs patio. The grandkids enjoyed playing a few of the board games that were provided as well as watching one of the movies.
