"An amazing stay! I hesitated booking because it seems like a new vacation rental and there were no reviews, but I’m so glad we went! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and the location is unbelievable. We cooked a few meals and was happy to find the kitchen was well stocked with the pots/ pans we needed, it even had a sifter! There was an amazing hiking trail right outside the front door and another great hike 15 min away. The Stagecoach chairlift for Heavenly Mountain is LITERALLY right...

"This is our go to when we are in town. Clean, quiet, comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Not really walking distance to downtown but a very short drive and walking distance to a great park that leads all the way down to the lake, if your adventurous, and definitely walking distance to a few good restaurants. "Quaint rustic condo close to South Tahoe but up in the mountains and away from the in town madness. We came for a concert at Caesars outdoor amphitheater and this was perfect for us. There are steps but they are not steep. "
