"The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying here. The room was big and clean. The beds are comfortable. The location was very good we were able to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, chocolate champagne. We only had 2 hand towels in our room. We called the desk and towels were sent up quickly. Didn’t really care for the shower water pressure. Overall we had an amazing experience at Ballys"

"Very clean and quiet. Nice kitchen, dining area, and LR were furnished comfortably. Sliding door to tiny patio nice to have. The only disappointment was that the jacuzzi and sauna were open only until 6:30 or 7:00 p.m. Friendly helpful staff."

"Love the location with views of the lake as well as the great all around restaurant - best breakfasts anywhere! We didn't like that the ice machine was unavailable in our building and the one in the next was quite slow and didn't give you much. Other than that, all was good."
