“很满意，各方面都超出预期”

“Room had no night stands and no bedside lamps. Just one ceiling light. No table. No coffee maker, no paper or plastic cups. Flaking paint, outlets funky. Stained walls and holes in the wall from previous cabinets. Lumpy pillows, sheets tucked in a hurry with flopping corners. Good mattress and apparently new fridge and microwave. The property overall looks run-down, the lobby is closed and shabby on the outside. Check-in across the street at another property. While the staff was friendly, they……

“The room appeared that it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Black mold on the shower curtain, disgusting carpet that obviously hadn't been vacuumed for a while. I had booked for 4 nights and ended up staying only 3. Didn't get any maid service the entire time. The linens seemed to be clean which is the best I can say about it.”

“family friendly. tv remote in Master not working.no lighting in suitcase area. lamp near window not working. no soap dish. breakfast was good but ok was sour . fridge for applesauce/yogurt was not on or functioning well. kitchen could use baking dish and cookie sheet. no salt and pepper. wait,staff was friendly and helpful but most check-in staff not happy and welcoming. overall would not stay here again.”

“旅館所處位置不錯，近商業區及滑雪纜車入口。房間很小且床鋪為下拉式，晚上睡覺翻身都會嘖嘖作響，樓上下床的聲音也很明顯。停車位較少需要尋找或等待。服務人員客氣，但給予的說明並不正確(i.e.其實滑雪場是不能自帶滑雪板上去的)。下次應該還是要換別間飯店住。”
