“We had a small family reunion over the weekend. Everyone loved our accommodations! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. One of our family members used a wheelchair and she had no problems getting around. The halls and doors were wide and the bathrooms had ample room to manuver around. “Our trip to Dallas was quick and hectic but enjoyed having a great place to spend our evenings. Parking was easy and access to cross town highways made travel easy. Nice skyline views from bedroom. We felt at home as soon as we arrived when the virtual fireplace greeted us. Tanner was wonderful and responsive when I had questions. Highly recommend his Western Chic Retreat.”

“The apartment was perfect for one person. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The deck was great for getting some sun and making phone calls. I was 5 mins from the Will Rogers Memorial Center and was within walking distance of restaurants. Shopping, Starbucks and great restaurants were all about 5 mins away give or take.”

“This property host never communicated with us and left us stranded without a place to stay when we arrived in Dallas. VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!”

“The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.”
