"The shower door was broke and my son's bed had smashed cookies/food of some type in the top right corner of the mattress area. The kitchen was clean but had concerns in shower and linens. To be honest we were there one night or I would have complained to someone. Staff at desk were great."

I got the king size bed that I was supposed to have. on Friday night, just before I was about to leave on my trip to the hotel I had been told that my king size bed was no longer available but when I checked in, they made it available to me. I am very pleased with the outcome."

"This was an unfamiliar neighborhood so we weren’t sure what to expect, but we really enjoyed our stay here. The area was nice and convenient to others parts of the city so we walked quite a bit. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again when returning to Baltimore."

"i wish they had internet tv that had the netflix app or a tv that allows you to mirror it with you phone. because their tv sucks. but besides that it is a really nice place to stay. great location. i enjoyed the restaurants inside the hotel. the staff friendly and helpful. and free parking. always a major plus. highly recommend it "
