At first I don't understand from the front desk and just hope they can resume water supplies on next day; but the front desk is a bit impolite and said: "you are not listening to me, I said... blah blah blah." I just expected Holiday Inn's brand has courtesy and helpful service but it is not. Compared with my last stay in Hotel Garden Inn by Hilton, it was much better.
