"Good price and great location by the lake and within close driving distance to restaurants and grocery stores/shopping. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very hospitable and quick to respond with any questions. I would definitely stay here again if I’m looking for a condo in the area. "

"We spent a week in the Greenville area looking a prospective property to purchase and this loft was perfect. It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville."

"Great 24/7 coffee bar in lobby with decaf coffee, assorted teas, creams, stevia and other sweeteners and great assortment of teas and honey and lemon. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Real pillows. Staff is friendly and courteous and great breakfast included. Nice, roomy and comfortable lobby with business center. Will definitely stay there again"
