There is ample parking for the hotel, and it was quiet in our room. The room was decently sized but there was a weird lack of storage. We had a balcony room and loved that it came with a screen door. However, the balcony is tiny, not big enough to have chairs on it. Very nice indoor/outdoor pool area. We did request extra towels and they never showed up, I had to find a housekeeper the next morning to grab them. There was no phone in the room where we could follow up with the front desk. The hotel is pretty close to several restaurants and a grocery store.

IAbsolutely loved everything about this hotel! If you’re looking for an upscale stay in Grand Rapids, look no further. This place is stunning, with such a warm, cozy atmosphere and beautiful energy. It has all the elegance you could want while still making you feel completely comfortable. The design deserves a review of its own. Whoever created this space thought about every single detail. From the interiors to my gorgeous room, everything felt intentional and beautifully put together. I kept noticing little touches that made me appreciate it even more. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and helpful, and the service at both restaurants was excellent. Their food and drink recommendations were spot-on and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. That level of care adds so much to a stay. The surrounding area is lovely, and being only about 15 minutes from the airport made the location incredibly convenient. This is one of those hotels you’re excited to return to before you’ve even checked out. Beautiful surroundings, wonderful hospitality, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer. Next time I visit Grand Rapids, I will absolutely be staying here again. Five stars, without hesitation!
