“Great location within walking distance to the flats, hall of fame, progressive field, etc. Communication with the host was great. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. We had a great weekend in Cleveland.”

“Property was 15 minutes from the cuyahoga falls national park visitor center. Property was very nice, extremely clean and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have a night or two near the national park.”

“The apartment was exactly as described, the property manager was quick to respond to questions I had. The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone attending a game or touring the hall of fame. We were close to the location we needed to be at every morning and we saved cash staying here instead of a hotel by cooking meals and making our own coffee.”

“Four of us native Clevelanders stayed here for a weekend 50th bday celebration. The condo is amazing - what a treat with the private rooftop deck! Great space, excellent amenities and the comfiest beds! Y’all - this is amazing any time of year but if you happen to be looking for a great place for a Browns game… THIS. IS. IT! Jonathan is super responsive. I cannot come up with a negative. Simply one of the best possible VRBOs you’ll find anywhere!”

“The location made this property! The condo was nice but certainly not as good as the pictures. There was a hole in the “guest bathroom” behind the door, hair on the walls in the main bathroom, finger prints still on the tables we noticed as soon as we walked in. We understand these things happen but it was off putting that there is a lot of wear and tear with paint coming off areas, scuffs on the walls that just made it feel dirty. “I stayed here over New Years Eve for a wedding with my sister. The apartment was accurately represented in the pictures and was clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful.”

“We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over”

“Called to get access instructions on 7/15 and was told apartment was not available. Its been 13 days and have not received a refund.”

“The host was a no-show and left me hanging for a very important weekend. I was there at the property, and they weren’t. VRBO refused to help me find another place or to compensate me. ”

“The building definitely has some crazy odors, but the room itself smelled really nice. It was clean and comfy. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old and it was a little small for us but would definitely stay again if it was just me and my husband! Host was amazing and had great communication. The location was great, we were going to a show and were within walking distance of the theater.”
