“About 2 days into our stay we were forced to move rooms due to a "maintenance issue." No one would tell us what the issue was. When front desk called to request we move, they offered to send someone to help use move items. I went to get my new room key and the lady at the front desk (Rachel I think) was so rude. She kept asking me what the maintenance issue was, as if I even knew. She had an attitude about having to make the transition in the computer, as if it was my fault. They never sent……

“Our room was a great size! Loved the bathroom!”

“Dirty bathroom, bloodstains on the sheets, shower had no water pressure. Air conditioning leaked and flooded the bathroom; it took maintenance 4 hours to respond. Then once they said they fixed the issue the AC stopped working and they never responded until the next day.”
