“Our stay was amazing. This resort is gorgeous, good value for the money spent and great location. Valet parking was easy with an app and our car was ready every time we requested it with no issues at all. Check in was easy and painless!
Our only issue was there appeared to be some construction type work on the floor above us. There was loud banging the day we checked in and also about 630am the next morning. We politely notified the front desk and asked to please be moved. We were told that……

“Poor customer service. The lady in the front was a bit rude and didn’t made an effort to get us a luggage rack and told us we had to wait an hour to get the cookies. Then I approached a gentleman and he immediately brought us the cookies and the other the luggage rack.
We enjoyed that the ocean is very close to hotel and didn’t have to walk much. Also there’s a nice restaurant facing the beach and a guitarist playing.”
