"Great house for big family vacation! Some minor issues on arrival with wet towels still in the washer and overfilled garbage bins in the garage, but otherwise a clean house. Grill grates are rusty and should be replaced but nothing foil couldn’t fix."

"Key Lime Cottage has so much charm and all the comforts of home. We spent. 4 days and nights, relaxed in the deck watching the birds, boats, and dolphins. Beach at Indian Rocks is always perfect. Nearby restaurants are amazing and our host was lovely, available and helpful. Will return on my next getaway."

"We enjoyed our stay. I was a little worried about staying across the road but it was nice. The condo had a beach cart, chairs and umbrella to use. The cart saved us from carrying everything in hand across to the beach access which was right across from condo as well as a crosswalk when traffic is heavier on Gulf Blvd. The condo was as listed. Basic but comfortable. We had basic pots and pans to cook and the Keurig coffee maker was perfect, the coffee cups just needed to be a little bigger. We enjoyed the deck as well. It was quiet in the complex. We also like the keyless entry. We hope to return again. Owners were responsive when needed. Thanks to a great IRB vacation."

"This place is perfect in the heart of Indian Rocks just a few blocks off the beach with bars and restaurants close. It was truly paradise for both us and our kids - ages 4, 6, 8 to have access to a free water park, be 2 blocks from the beach and a short ride to Clearwater. Thank you for sharing you slice of paradise with our family!"
