"Our family vacation was almost ruined by poor property management! It was obvious that the unit was not fit for anyone to stay at! The water heater was removed from the wall and was sitting in the dining area leaking water. There was a dehumidifier that was left on top of the counter with a hose attached to it in the sink. The first person that we spoke to from Vacasa, the property management, was of no help. She told us that our unit and the unit below had water leakage! We asked to be moved to...
