“Great location. ”

“I liked the location. Publix and Walmart is close as well as restaurants and of cause, the beach. The property needs some updates that will make the place more enjoyable or at least a professional mentenance.”

“Cute property near the beach! We found the beds to be very comfortable. Easy and clear communication with the owner.”

“Perfect little place to stay. Seemed a little sketchy at first. But after the first night that feeling went away. It was simplistic and had everything you needed for the little time you will actually spend there. ”

“Absolutely beautiful space! Super clean abdomen thoughtfully decorated!”

“This was the worst stay i've ever had. We get there at 4pm (check in time) and the beds werent made, there were towels in the rooms and all over the bathroom. It obviously wasnt cleaned yet, so we left to go eat and at 4:50 the property manager calls and says the cleaning crew was running behind. Parking is very hard to come by after 4, so we get back at 5 and its pouring down rain and we try to get in and the cleaning crew is inside so we had to wait out in the rain with all of our stuff until……

“It was disappointing. We booked a month and would have left sooner if we hadn’t paid. Unfortunately the bathroom fixtures needed repair and should have been looked after before we arrived, not during our stay. I am glad she did finally listen and have the tap replaced. The oven did not work in the stove and needed a repair man. That too was fixed The fridge needs to be replaced and has a leaking problem. The screened in porch needs screening repair. Only three dining chairs for a four guest……

“Great view of the pond. So peaceful in the mornings with shaded balcony and a cup of coffee. Great location. Nice pool with warm shower for kids.”

“I loved it. The closeness of the beach, cleanliness of the room, the decor, and the extra touches. The challenge I did have was that I was on the lower floor and it could get a little noisy when the upstairs room was occupied. Check in was also a little difficult as the instructions were lengthy and written in a small print. I would still highly recommend it as you can't beat the feel, lack of crowded parking lot/ people, being able to walk to the ocean in about 3 minutes, having a shower and……

“Condo was a great location. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.”

“Late check in instructions were a little confusing, but was able to reach someone after hours on the phone (took a few calls) and got it all squared away. Beautiful property and great location!”
