“The home is in a great location to get to downtown area with its quaint shops and restaurants. The yard was perfect for or dog.”

“This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living……

“Overall really nice place to stay very convenient to the beach and Cumberland Island. Had an issue with the air condition and they were very quick to get it fixed. Only negatives were it had an odor when we first got there mostly like it was closed up for a while but that went away. And it does not have any interior locks and I was uncomfortable because the air condition repairman had the code to the door and there was no way to prevent anyone who has the code to the door from getting in once I……

“What impressed me the most about this trip was the communications from the owner. I am 100% combat disabled and have a service animal... Peter was EXCELLENT about communicating with us and making sure we were well cared for, from start to finish. He was kind and caring and attended our needs. Everything was exactly the way it was described in the listing. The backyard was under construction, so we didn't get a chance to use the pool, but that was fine! Steps away from the center of town and……
