When I reserved the room through Expedia, I had specifically paid for parking, only to find out upon arrival that they exclusively offered valet service, which incurred an additional $25 charge. This was misleading and quite disappointing, as I expected a seamless parking experience based on my reservation. While this miscommunication reflects poorly on Expedia, it did not overshadow the overall excellence of my experience at the hotel.
