"Harold's communications were awesome. The little house was comfortable. The neighborhood and neighbors were friendly. Very close to many necessary stores and fast food options as well as a wide variety of fine dining options. The front door has an over hang. Nice for days of rain and getting in. Side door/patio has a very nice roof over head. Was a great way to get away from the cold of the Midwest for a couple of months. "
