“Westin overbooked the property and let Expedia know at around 8am. When we arrived at 11:30am, I had received no notification from Expedia. I called them, waited on hold for some 60 minutes. Ultimately, they disconnected me. In the meantime, I was chatting with their call center in India. I was disconnected from 3 agents with no explanation. The fourth was brave enough to let me know that he couldn’t help me because their systems had been for the last three hours and they were told that they……
