The airport shuttle is a complete joke. We spent an hour outside with 2 infants and 6 adults lugging everything back and forth to multiple busses. When we finally got the bus, it was packed and the person in the back set had to hold the luggage from spilling forward. The check-in process rates as the worst I've seen in at least 10 years. This resort is confused. There is a toddler pool right beside an adults only pool bar?? Infants are breast feeding while women are twerking at the foam party right beside them? The resort touts itself as kid friendly, however, NONE of the A La Carte restaurants had a children's menu. Saying that, overall the food quality was good! The buffet and restaurant staff were awesome. Special mention goes to Javaun (spelling is wrong for sure) at the buffet. He was spectacular!
