I wish i didnt book this room immediately when we arrived they said my son was considered an adult he's 15 when i booked the room I added that he was 15 they claim it was a fee tgey decided not to charge me everything was a back and forth abt whatbwe cld or cldnt do in the Hotel irritated theybeven said we cldnt eat breafast in our room when ive never heard that wldnt book them again

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I asked for extra blankets, pillows, and towels, and they had no issue letting me have more. They were very professional and polite. My check in experience was the most smooth one I’ve had yet! The hotel was cleaned well, it could use some upgrades but overall great for the price! We utilized this hotel for the entire weekend to visit Chicago. It offered us a close drive without feeling crowded or like we were in a big city. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, everything in our room worked fantastically.

Overall, my stay was great. However, the hotel states that there are enforced quiet hours but they were definitely not enforced. The rooms around me were screaming and yelling in the hallways until close to 3AM and no one stopped them

Our room was facing the front of the Hotel and they have a very bright light that penetrate the blackout shade, they suppose to have a drape besides that so that will help to block the light, we were in room 104 and 106, also the cleaning person clean the bathroom but didn't touch the bed ? Breakfast need improvements. The pancake maker get it done completely raw. People servicing were very nice...
