“Very pet friendly, which is important to us, given that we have two dogs. Alan Webb, the host, has a cockatoo, which the dogs loved and which we loved also. Good proximity to the Skyline Drive, Charlottesville, and the White Oak Canyon trail in the Shenandoah National Park. We enjoyed the sounds of the song birds and water rushing by as we sat on the comfort of the covered deck watching the butterflies and birds.
