Welcome to OFF THE HOOK in beautiful Key West!

This stunning 3- bedroom, 3- bathroom home that has been meticulously updated to the highest standards and checks all the boxes for your perfect home away from home!!!

Located in mid-town Key West less than 1 mile to downtown Duval Street and local beaches and Garison Bight Marina.

The flowing floorplan has lots of natural light, recess lighting throughout, wood-like tile flooring, impact resistant windows and doors, plenty of storage space, private swimming pool, secure property access and private gated parking area.

The main floor has a light filled living room with 65" Smart TV with streaming options (no cable) and French door leading out to pool area, bistro dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, guest suite with 2 twin beds (can also be converted to an additional king bed upon request).

Upstairs you will find the primary suite with king bed, ample closet and storage and complete with ensuite full bathroom. Just down the hall is the large family suite with queen size bed, full-size futon large closet, Smart TV and offers a shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The home is outfitted perfect for all of your vacation needs including beach chairs and towels. If the beach is not your thing you can spend your days in your backyard oasis and private pool heating option in winter months from November 15- May 1. (Ask manager for pool heat costs) The pool deck has loungers, artificial turf for your comfort and outdoor dining/ entertainment area.

This compound is complete with 6-foot security privacy fence surrounding the entire property. A quick walk or bike ride quickly gets you to all the "must see & do" locations in Key West. If you are thinking of brining a boat, there is ample parking along the street to park your trailer and Garison Bight Marina is just 1 block away.
