"We had a fantastic time at this property. We were six adults and two kids for Christmas and the New Year. The house has everything we needed for a 10 days trip, it’s in a quiet neighborhood, shops are nearby and the beach is just a 5min drive away. Well recommended!"

"The property is well located and the area is very calm. The backyard with the view of the canal is beautiful.The house is beautiful and clean, however the kitchen was not equiped with some basics (dishcloth, plastic glasses to use outdoor, wine bucket, very few bath towels and no brush for the BBQ). We purchased a few items as we cooked a lot during our stay. There were also limited beach equipment. "Can't say enough about the house, the interior, and the neighborhood. It's clean, tasteful, bright, and all around the ideal FL rental. The location on the canal is breathtaking. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive. One small concern/suggestion: the golf cart on the property is EXTREMELY convenient for getting to the beach area (and there are many "golf-cart" spaces near the beach for parking). I recommend filling out the required form for using the cart as soon as guests arrive. The hosts...
