"We typically stay at the Ritz, W., Four Seasons, Edition or like properties, but a family event took us here. That said the overall property, for its age, was in relatively good condition. The rooms were not large. No double sinks and you get a converted tub with shower. Bed is very firm and the AC is very loud, but it works. The valet and load unload process is very chaotic. "We stayed at The Pillars Hotel for 3 nights ahead of boarding a cruise. From the outside the hotel looks small and unassuming but inside is really lovely and beautifully appointed. Our room overlooked the very pretty pool area. The room wasn’t large but had everything that we needed and the bed was very comfortable.
