Needed new carpet upstairs, lots of stains, there was a drawer in the upstairs kitchen with no cover and had exposed nails, and the king size bed in the downstairs was collapsed in the middle so we rolled to the middle of the bed. It was a nice neighborhood though and close to lots of things to do. "

No issue with any of the upstairs guests though. Space was nice and gave us what we needed. There are two challenges with this location. Parking was difficult.
