“Not very well sound proofed. We could hear slamming doors, neighbors’ TVs and overhead guests walking around.”

“Customer service was good however the room needs ALOT OF ATTENTION the tiles in the room are literally coming up and when you walk on them you almost fall and trip over them. Felt dirty water pressure was very weak. We have been there once before and room was ok but this time just felt dirty the elevator literally took 10 minutes to come down. Coffee was so weak. Breakfast was great.”

“We enjoyed the complementary 3 cocktails and food after checking in. They had a very good pasta with grilled chicken plus green salad, steamed vegetables, and soft drinks. The lady working their bar was so nice to all her clients as was the staff refilling food stations and cleaning the table. Even the manager was checking with all the guests at check in and in the dining area. Breakfast was equallt good. Rooms were clean & quiet. Landscape and outside seating was exceptional. Overall……

“It was an accessible hotel that a short distance from King’s Island. I got the studio on the first floor with a kitchen. If you are staying with your family, it had a kitchen and a refrigerator to be able to cook and store food if you didn’t want to go out to eat. They had a breakfast buffet and eggs and sausage were prepared. But, I have never been a fan of cook it yourself food, in this case pancakes and waffles. If you are in a hurry or have hungry children, not a good idea. The front……

“My 1st booking at a neighboring hotel was horrible, never made it past the front lobby, didn’t check in, and didn’t receive refund upon cancellation. Comfort Inn and Suites had an immediate booking. Upon arrival, greeted by friendly staff and check-in was quick! Which was extremely helpful since we had a softball tournament to get too! Room and bathroom clean, stocked, and cool on arrival. Pool was small but clean with nice pool smell, towels came as soon as staff were alerted they were……
