“I thought the breakfast was ok. There didn't seem like a lot of options.”

“It was my first time here in Colorado. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. They never made my bed. I spoke to staff at the front desk on why my bed wasn’t made, my towels weren’t replaced, and my trash was not taken out. Their response, “We make your bed every 3 days. I can make a note regarding your room for them to clean it.” I left my contact info for the manager to give me a call. No call back either. They didn’t clean my room or make my bed until the 4th day. Next day, I went home.……

“The suits is clean and quiet. Like it has sofa and desk. Breakfast is very simple. Stayed two nights but no WiFi and Att signal in this area is very poor, hardly connected to internet. Not good for business and traveling.”

“We visited this property and had to leave unfortunately due to the pool having to much chlorine and my children coughing all night the room was not very clean and the pull out bed they provided us with was stained and nasty couldn’t even use it. ”

“The toilet was not functioning properly during the entirety of our stay. It was already broken when we checked in. It took a few hours for us to realize the toilet paper was not flushing. I had to google the hotel phone number because the room phone was not working. I called down and was told that all the room phones on my floor were not working, and that maintenance was only there during the day, and they offered to move us to a different room. In retrospect I wish we had chosen this option,……

“Newly renovated, and super cozy! We loved our stay, and the owners couldn’t be more friendly. Conveniently located right off Main street near downtown. The food truck parked on the property had amazing authentic mexican food that I’ll be thinking about for awhile. ”

“The front desk clerk Jeremiah seemed to not really care about my concerns. I arrived promptly at 3 PM, just in case there were any issues with the room. I have had a few bad experiences at Best Western properties. I wanted to give Best Western another chance. The room I paid for was a king, upon arrival at the door to my room, I heard the people next door speaking loudly and TV was loud. I wanted a nice quiet place to stay. I went back down to ask for a different room assignment. Jeremiah told……

“Paul at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. The room was clean and appliances in good condition. The pool and hot tub were clean, inviting and refreshing. Highly recommend this property. Do not stay at the best western next door, it was dirty and run down and front desk clerk Jeremiah was awful. ”
